Amy Laederach is a healer, photographer, artist and dancer. Choosing to not fit her passions and experience into one defined box, she created Delightful Healing Arts as place to express the joy and creativity of life itself. Her desire is to not only express her own discoveries on life’s journey, but to help others experience validation and healing for their body, mind and spirit. In 2014, Amy joined the team of integrative health advocates/therapists at Everspring Health Co-operative in Minneapolis, MN. She provides energy-based healing therapy and mindfulness education.
Amy is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP) and Minister of Healing. She has studied the art and science of energy-based healing since 1997. Her foundational studies in soul education and energy awareness began at the Southern California Psychic Institute in Los Angeles, CA. Expanding upon these teachings, Amy has continued under the mentorship of Michael Tamura through the Advanced Healers’ Apprenticeship (AHA) and Seers and Healers Advanced Practice Experience (SHAPE). Amy now guides others in soul education by teaching the basic tools she learned in managing one’s energetic space.
Upon moving back to her native state of Minnesota, Amy completed certification in Healing Touch. She volunteered at Woodwinds Health Campus for 4 1/2 years, providing Healing Touch to patients and staff as part of their Healing Arts Therapy Program. Amy continued to widen her understanding of energy-based therapy to include practices of CranioSacral therapy, Reiki, and Qi Gong with Master Chunyi Lin of Spring Forest Qi Gong. Amy also completed a four year Certification in Hands on Healing and Spiritual Ministry through the Center for Wholeness.
Amy’s years of study and experience with a variety of gifted healers and teachers have given her an appreciation for the unique qualities of healing in which she incorporates into her practice. Amy honors the unity found within these teachings and recognizes the Source of Oneness as it relates to the health and wholeness of one’s being. Amy is able to bridge the spectrum of healing arts from a bio-medical model to the spiritual & intuitive approach, making the art of healing approachable to people with various foundational beliefs, understanding and awareness.
In addition to Amy’s passion for the Healing Arts, she enjoys the healing benefits of Art and Photography. She began her studies in painting while living in Los Angeles and continues to explore new methods of expression, most recently in veil painting and therapeutic charcoal drawing, based on the work of Liane Collot D’Herbois. While living in Los Angeles, Amy worked in television production and as a freelance Production Stills Photographer on the set of Seinfeld and other Castle Rock productions. Currently, Amy enjoys capturing the beauty & light found within nature. Her passion with art and photography continues to grow as she strives to express and share the inspirational images that appear to her during healing sessions.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys being a mom, spending time in nature and with her pets, as well as dancing. Amy currently is a West Coast Swing dance instructor for both Swingesota and the Twin Cities Rebels Dance Club in Minneapolis.
